Miami University is pleased to welcome the International Double Reed Society to campus.

We are offering two different housing options for your time on campus.

Traditional Style Housing and Dining Package
Traditional residence hall style rooming - Single Room or Double Room occupancy available.

• Residence hall is Air-conditioned and accessible.
• Bedrooms are equipped with bed linens, pillow, a light blanket and towels.
  Each room is furnished with a mini-fridge.
• Community/Corridor restrooms and shower facilities with single use bathrooms throughout hall.
• Meal Plan to included access to assigned buffet dining location for Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch for each night of stay.

Single Package Rate: $99.75 per room/ per night (plus tax)

Double Package Rate: $85.75 per person / per night (plus tax)

Apartment Style Housing

• Four bedrooms per air-conditioned apartment, each with a double bed
• Rooms equipped with bed linens, pillow, light blanket and towels.
• Two full bathrooms, living room, unfurnished kitchen per apartment
  (Kitchen does not include dishware and utensils.)
• OPTIONAL meal plan can be added to reservations via another registration form.
  

Apartment Rate: $73.75 per apartment bedroom / per night (plus tax)

All Reservations will be charged a 10% processing fee. 

Roommate Matching:
For traditional residence hall double reservations, there is an optional field to list a roommate. If no name is provided, you will be randomly paired with a random person of the same gender and approximate age to the best of Miami University’s ability.

The form allows for the reservation of one bedroom in a four-bedroom apartment and indication of requested apartment-mate names. If no names are provided, you will be randomly placed with someone of the same gender and approximate age to the best of Miami University’s ability.

The form allows the purchase of multiple apartment bedrooms in case you are traveling with family or wish to buy one for a colleague. This is only true in apartments since no meal plan is associated with the reservation.

NOTE: Roommate or apartment mate fields must be completed by the end of registration June 5, 2026.
