Miami is pleased to make available traditional residence hall housing for adult-aged, academic-purposed guests on campus. This housing is available for guests seeking accommodations longer than 7 nights on campus.
Students officially enrolled in Miami's academic Summer Term should instead make arrangements through the Campus Services Center.
Guests looking for stays shorter than 7 nights may find accommodations at the Marcum Hotel on Miami's campus.
$33.15 per room /per night
Accommodations include:
• Traditional residence hall rooms with two (2) twin beds.
• Mini fridge provided in each room. Community kitchens and lounges available throughout hall.
• Building is air-conditioned and accessible. Community/corridor restrooms and shower facilities throughout the residence hall.
• Guests must provide linens, toiletries, etc. for their stay.
Reservations require a non-refundable $100 deposit. Complete payment will be due 5 days prior to check in or the reservation will be released.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made prior to 5pm, five (5) days before your scheduled arrival date will be provided a refund of payment less the deposit and 5% non refundable processing fee.
Cancellations within five (5) days of campus arrival or during your stay will incur charges for all nights stayed(or one night, whichever is greater) as well as deposit and the 5% non-refundable processing fee.
