Miami University is pleased to offer residence hall housing options for the participants and guests of the 2026 Bike MS event.
Housing packages are available for Friday, July 17th and Saturday, July 18th.
Housing Package $193.50 per room - includes Friday and Saturday nights.
• Traditional residence hall style rooming option with two (2) twin XL beds.
* Beds set to 40 inches traditional dorm height.
• Rooms are equipped with bed linens, pillow, a light blanket and towels. • Mini fridge furnished in each room. • Air-conditioned and accessible. Community/Corridor restrooms and shower facilities with single use bathrooms throughout hall.
All reservations will be charged a 6.5% sales tax
and 10% processing fee.
Reservation adjustments and cancellations:
Cancellations will be processed with a refund (less the 10% administration fee) up to July 7th, 2026 at 5pm EDT. Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.
