University Apartment housing is available to the competitors, coaches and families associated with the Championship Swim Meets being held at the Corwin M. Nixon Aquatic Center.
Jr Champs - July 17th - July 20th 2025
Sr Champs - July 24th - 27th 2025

Housing inventory is limited. Reservations are provided on a first come, first serve basis.

Heritage Commons Apartments:
- The apartment complex is located immediately adjacent to Miami's Rec Sport Center and the Corwin M. Nixon Aquatic Center, giving our guests extreme convenience throughout the competition.
- Apartment Rental Rate is $315.00 per night, plus applicable taxes. A non-refundable 5% online registration fee is added to each order.
- Check in begins at Noon on day of arrival. Check out is 4pm on final day of reservation.
- Each apartment is comprised of 4 bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Each Bedroom has a full- sized bed.
- Each apartment includes a kitchen with appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher).
- Each apartment includes bed linens (sheets, blankets and pillows) with limited towel service. Housekeeping will remove trash daily from the common areas and refresh bathrooms. No bedroom service will be provided.
- Apartments DO NOT have: tv's, landline phone services, kitchen utensils or dishes.
- Free Wireless Connection is available on property
- Parking is complimentary to apartment renters, with three spots available per apartment in surface lots flanking the apartment complex.
Cancellation Policy:
A non-refundable $200 deposit is required at time of reservation. This deposit and fee will be applied to your final bill and be forfeited should you cancel your reservation entirely.
Reservation details must be finalized and full payment received 5 days prior to check in. Reservations will be released if full payment has not been received 5 days prior to check in. To make the final payment you will return to your online registration and make payments through the online payment gateway.
Cancellations of reservations within 3 days of arrival date will be charged for the first night's stay plus the $200 non-refundable deposit and 5% online fee.
