Miami University is pleased to make limited residence hall housing available for the evening of Saturday, May 13, 2023 for the family and friends of graduating Miamians.

Commencement Housing online
reservation system is closed.
We will accept walk up reservations on-site,
Saturday, May 13th.
To purchase a walk up reservation, please come to Young Hall anytime after 3pm to purchase a room.
The address for Young Hall is 231 Western College Drive, Oxford OH 45056.
Please note that accommodations are not available on Friday, May 12th due to Miami's promise to students that they can remain in their residence hall rooms during finals week, through Friday evening.
Cost: $84.60 per night(plus tax) for a traditional residence hall room with two twin beds.
All reservations will be charged a 10% online registration fee.

Expected locations for housing for Commencement 2023 include Young, Stonebridge and Hillcrest Hall. *We do not guarantee placement in a specific building.
Availability is limited and a sell-out is possible; however, completion and payment through this form secures a room(s). Retain the confirmation which will be emailed to you for your records.
Check-in for Commencement Housing is offered between 3pm and 9pm on Saturday, May 13th in the lobby of Young Hall where your party will receive their housing assignments. Do not bring luggage into check-in as you may need to drive to your assigned hall.

Parking during Commencement Weekend is complimentary. University street parking and any surface parking lot do not requirement university permits, however guests must heed accessible parking and yellow zones as signed.
Rooms are equipped with linens, pillows, a light blanket and towels.
Quiet hours of Commencement Housing are between 12am and 7am.
Miami University is a non-smoking campus, including all spaces of the residence halls.
Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in the common spaces of residence halls.
Check-out from Commencement Housing must be prior to 1:00pm on Sunday, May 14th.
For check-out, please turn in all room access cards to desk personnel.
To qualify for a refund(less processing fees), cancellation requests must be received by May 3rd,2023. After May 3rd reservations are non-refundable.
